Update Dec 29 / FINAL PRESTEAM UPDATE

This Event update is a bit more than your regular event update. It will also be the final update prior to Fragile Peace's eventual Steam release at some point in 2025. This is due to AcroGames wishing to focus on upcoming 2025 projects.
This update adds:
- New real-world Events (Georgian election crisis)
- Difficulty levels: 3 difficulty settings
