Galactic Counselors

In Galactic Counselors, you take the role of an advisor in the court of a galactic ruler. In 4000 A.D., humanity has spread out to form colonies to different planets in the Solar System. As centuries passed, these colonies became independent from Earth and its supreme ruler, and an era of galaxy-wide warfare ensued.

Your goal is to weigh your faction ruler's opinions, and judge whether they should be acted upon or not. You thus hold a lot of power over your faction's survival - but not all of the power.
