The Finnish War

The Finnish War is a real-time strategy game set during the eponymous Finnish War of the early 19th century, itself a minor theater of the greater Napoleonic Wars.

You control a Leader character, whose commands your army follows, as you traverse the treacherous northern wildlands avoiding many hazards and simultaneously trying to stay one step ahead of your enemy, whose army you must ultimately confront in battle. Your success in the wilderness will determine your advantage - or disadvantage.

The Finnish War contains two voice-acted Campaigns, as well as Custom Battles which can be played against the Computer or a friend locally in split-screen.

Try also the Player Spoof AI: a toggleable option for the Computer enemy in Custom Battles, which gives them a randomized personality mimicking online players!
